Policies

Payment: Payment is expected on receipt of merchandise unless prior arrangements have been made. Sales over $200 will require a 50% deposit before production can be started. 


Turn Around Time: Typically allow 2 weeks for production time once the order is confirmed and all necessary payment is received. Sometimes production time may be longer during high demand times and holidays. The customer will be notified prior to production if this is anticipated. We will always strive to have your items done in a timely manner without jeopardizing quality.


Custom Orders:
All special order requests will be submitted by the customer in writing to ensure accurate information.  A electronic proof of the design will be sent to the customer prior to beginning productions for confirmation.  We are dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction and strive to make each order perfect.  Occasionally some items we offer will be out of stock from our suppliers. If this occurs, the customer will be notified of this ASAP and advised of possible alternatives .


Quotes: All efforts will be made to have that quote back to the customer within 3 business days. Quotes are good for 30 days from the date noted unless otherwise specified. Final prices may vary depending on the final stitch count and quantity.


Rush Orders:
Rush orders will incur a $20 fee.  


Privacy: We take your privacy very seriously and will never furnish, share, or sell any of our clients personal information to anyone outside of 3 Alarm Threads.  We do, however, reserve the right to utilize custom logos and designs in our portfolio and for the purposes of advertising.  If this is a problem, please contact us immediately.


Shipping:
All items will be shipped at the customers cost. 3 Alarm Threads is not responsible for any damages incurred during the shipping process. Items can be picked up or delivered if prior arrangements are made immediately. 


Damages: Should there be any damage to the items supplied by 3 Alarm Threads during production, they will be replaced at no charge to the customer. Items may be furnished by the customer, however, 3 Alarm Threads is not responsible for replacing any items that receive damage in the production or shipping process. Furnishing items is an assumed risk by the customer.


Returns: We cannot accept returns due to the custom nature of the business. If there is an error on our part, we will do our best to correct and/or replace the item to your satisfaction. If there is an error on the customers part due to incorrect information provided, there will be an added fee to remove stitches and correct error if it's possible. 


Copyright Disclosure: 3 Alarm Threads assumes that its customers have the rights for use of all trademarked and/or copyrighted logos and designs submitted to us. We will assume no liability in any trademark or copyright infringement disputes. The customer agrees to assume any liability resulting from actions or demands brought against us for trademark or copyright infringements.
